These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trenton Mills, LLC website, online store, accounts, product reviews, Halloween decoration photo submissions, wholesale account requests, blog subscriptions, and related online services.
By accessing or using the website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting content, requesting a wholesale account, or otherwise interacting with Trenton Mills online, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website.
1. About Trenton Mills
Trenton Mills, LLC (“Trenton Mills,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a textile manufacturer that sells products directly through its ecommerce website and through third-party platforms such as Amazon.
Purchases made through third-party platforms are governed by the applicable third-party platform’s terms, policies, payment processes, shipping rules, and return procedures.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the website or place an order.
By using the website, you represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
You may shop as a guest or create an account.
Account holders may be able to:
save shipping and billing addresses;
review past orders;
receive notifications of sales and upcoming events;
track order status and shipping status;
request refunds or returns;
manage email communication preferences;
access other account features made available by Trenton Mills.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Trenton Mills.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping estimates, lead times, and promotions may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but errors may occur.
We reserve the right to:
correct errors or omissions;
change or update product information;
refuse or cancel orders;
limit quantities;
discontinue products;
reject orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, unauthorized commercial activity, or policy violations.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.
5. Product Information
Trenton Mills makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. However, product colors, textures, dimensions, weights, materials, packaging, and appearance may vary due to manufacturing tolerances, display settings, photography, supply variation, or other factors.
Textile products may have reasonable variations in weave, finish, weight, sizing, fiber characteristics, and color. Such variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process your payment and authorize Trenton Mills to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including product costs, shipping, handling, taxes, and other applicable charges.
Trenton Mills does not store full credit card numbers or card security codes on its website or servers.
Payment processing may be subject to additional third-party terms and privacy policies.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, carriers, rates, estimated delivery dates, and tracking information may be provided during or after checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Trenton Mills.
Risk of loss may transfer to you when products are delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Trenton Mills is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to Trenton Mills’ posted Returns and Refunds Policy, if separately provided.
Refund eligibility may depend on the product type, condition, timing of the request, proof of purchase, customization, damage, and other factors.
Trenton Mills may refuse returns or refunds for products that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, custom-made, final sale, or otherwise ineligible under our policies.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

you have the right to submit any text, photo, or other content included in the review;
your review does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
Trenton Mills may moderate, edit, reject, remove, or refuse to publish reviews at its discretion.
Submitting a review does not guarantee publication.
12. Halloween Decorations / Haunts Photo Submissions
Trenton Mills may allow users, including guests and account holders, to submit photos of Halloween decorations or displays that use Trenton Mills products.
By submitting a Halloween decoration photo, you agree that:
you own or control all rights necessary to submit the photo and related content;
you have obtained all necessary permissions from any photographer, property owner, person appearing in the photo, or other rights holder;
the photo does not violate privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any law;
the photo does not contain offensive, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate content;
you are responsible for the accuracy of any name, location, year, comment, or other information submitted with the photo.
Ownership and Use Rights
By submitting a Halloween decoration photo or related content, you assign to Trenton Mills all rights, title, and interest you may have in the submitted photo and related submission content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent any assignment is not effective or enforceable, you grant Trenton Mills a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, advertise with, promote, and otherwise exploit the submitted photo and related content in any media or channel, including the website, social media, advertising, marketing, packaging, email, print, and other public channels.
You waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any moral rights, approval rights, inspection rights, attribution rights, or claims related to Trenton Mills’ use of submitted Halloween decoration content.
Selection and Publication
All submitted photos are subject to review. Not all photos will be selected, posted, or used.
Trenton Mills has sole discretion to select, decline, publish, edit, remove, or discontinue use of any submitted photo at any time, for any reason or no reason.
Submission of a photo does not create any obligation for Trenton Mills to publish the photo, provide compensation, provide attribution, maintain the photo online, or notify you of any decision.
13. Wholesale Accounts
Organizations may request a wholesale account through the website.
Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. Approval is at the sole discretion of Trenton Mills.
A wholesale account does not guarantee:
special pricing;
discount levels;
credit terms;
payment terms;
shipping terms;
inventory availability;
order priority;
exclusive rights;
minimum or maximum order commitments;
ongoing approval;
continued account access;
any particular business relationship.
Trenton Mills may approve, deny, suspend, modify, or terminate wholesale accounts at its discretion.
Wholesale pricing, if offered, may vary by product, volume, timing, customer type, availability, business status, order history, or other factors. Quotes are not binding unless expressly confirmed in writing by Trenton Mills.
Wholesale customers are responsible for providing accurate business, resale, tax, shipping, and contact information.

Blog posts are provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. They are not professional, technical, legal, safety, financial, or business advice.
Blog publishing frequency may vary, and Trenton Mills has no obligation to publish, maintain, update, or continue any blog content.
Users may opt in or opt out of blog-related email updates through available website mechanisms.
15. User Content Generally
“User Content” includes reviews, comments, photos, Halloween decoration submissions, form submissions, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other content submitted by users.
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
You may not submit User Content that:

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the website, an order, User Content, or your relationship with Trenton Mills shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gibson County, Tennessee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
